What is mindfulness.

For those interested in mindfulness, Aikido aspires to exactly the same principles as mindfulness in all our training. Just to mention a few:

Aikido training aspires to all these and more in a dynamic environment. It is a much larger thing than just a technical martial art. It is a profound spiritual practice with implications and applications that extend well beyond the dojo.
