Aikido is a fantastic martial art. It is aesthetically pleasing to observe, and even more enjoyable to practice. It is powerful, effective and builds a tremendous spirit. This is done within an atmosphere of co-operation and friendship. It is available to anyone, any age or level of fitness.
It is a beautiful interwoven synthesis of sword, stick and body welded into a fascinating whole.
